The Native American Student Success Center is dedicated to serving Indigenous students at Âé¶¹¸£Àû-Gallup.
The center is currently under development, but it aims to be a place where Lobos can hang out and find the resources and services they need to be successful on their college journey.
The center's mission is focused on serving Native American students primarily, but the center is open to all Lobos of all backgrounds.
Services
Emergency Assistance Program
The NASSC Emergency Assistance Program is designed to support full-time college students currently enrolled at UNM-Gallup who may be facing temporary financial hardships and need extra help to stay focused on their education.
If you or someone you know is experiencing unexpected financial strain, please stop by the NASSC for more information or to pick up an application.
Requirements
The Emergency Assistance Program is available only for full-time Native American students who identify as Native American currently enrolled at UNM-Gallup.
Navajo Nation Voter Registration
Voter registration with the Navajo Nation is available at the Native American Student Success Center.
You will need the following documents to register:
- Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
- Driver's License, State ID, or Travel ID
- Social Security Card
